Welcome to Valley Focus Media. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of our photography services. Please read them carefully.

Services Offered
We offer a range of photography services, including but not limited to sports, portraits, commercial shoots, and event coverage. Specific service details, packages, and pricing will be provided upon inquiry.

Booking and Payment
To secure a non-sports booking, a non-refundable retainer of 50% is required. The remaining balance is due 3 days before the scheduled shoot date. Payment can be made via [Payment Methods]. Failure to pay the balance may result in the cancellation of services.

For sports photography sessions, the full payment for the shoot is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled event will be eligible for a full refund of the total payment. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and may incur additional fees. This policy ensures that both parties are committed to the scheduled shoot and helps manage time and resources effectively.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made 3 days before the shoot date will receive a 50% refund of the total paid amount, excluding the retainer. Cancellations made after this period will forfeit the entire payment. Rescheduling may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Copyright and Usage
All images taken by Valley Focus Media remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients are granted a personal use license to download and share images for non-commercial use. Any commercial use or publication requires prior written consent from the photographer.

Liability
Valley Focus Media is not liable for any failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or equipment failure. In such events, efforts will be made to reschedule or find an alternative solution.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
